Guangzhou Wuyang Bicycle Industry Company, Guangzhou Motorcycle Factory, and South China Motorcycle Engine Factory have been incorporated into Guangzhou Motorcycle Company (predecessor of Motorcycle Group)

Establishing Guangzhou Motorcycle Group Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Motorcycle Group and Honda jointly established Wuyang Honda (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. to produce Wuyang Honda, Honda, and Wuyang brand motorcycles
1995
Guangzhou Motor Group Corporation divests Guangzhou Wuyang from Wuyang Honda Motor (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd

On August 18th, Guangzhou Wuyang Motorcycle Co., Ltd. established its first electric bicycle and went offline
